Cargill is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinic & EMS Doctor to join our IPR-STAL operations in Palembang. Responsibility
- Oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring high standards of patient care and diagnostic accuracy.
- Manage all clinic licensing, operational permits, and medical personnel credentials to ensure full compliance with Indonesian healthcare laws and regulations.
- Lead and coordinate Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and onsite response protocols for industrial accidents or health emergencies.
- Conduct routine occupational health screenings, medical check-ups, and wellness programs for all employees.
- Maintain precise medical records and documentation in accordance with privacy policies and company standards.
- Collaborate with the EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) team to identify, assess, and mitigate occupational health risks.
- Provide training and guidance to first-aid responders and auxiliary medical staff on-site.
Qualifications
- Possess a valid Medical Doctor (MD) license in Indonesia (STR aktif).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience, preferably in an industrial, plantation, or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian medical laws, occupational health regulations, and BPJS Kesehatan requirements.
- Certification in Hyperkes (Hygiene Perusahaan, Ergonomi, dan Kesehatan Kerja) is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage emergency medical response teams and triage protocols.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural industrial setting.
- Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
