Responsibility
- Assist healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care, including vital sign measurements and basic medical procedures.
- Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and administrative tasks to optimize clinic workflow.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, sterilizing equipment and restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and guiding them through clinic processes.
- Support the implementation of digital health tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and patient experience.
- Adhere to infection control protocols and workplace safety standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Nursing, Healthcare Assistance, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical, hospital, or healthcare setting (fresh graduates with internships are welcome).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in basic medical terminology and familiarity with EHR systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays, as required.
- Compassionate, patient-focused mindset with a commitment to ethical healthcare practices.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Workspace).
