Responsibility
- Assist dentists during dental procedures, ensuring all instruments and materials are prepared and sterilized.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, post-treatment care, and preventive dental measures.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and workplace safety standards.
- Prepare treatment rooms, including setting up equipment and ensuring a clean, organized workspace.
- Manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide chairside support during examinations, cleanings, fillings, and other dental procedures.
- Collaborate with the dental team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Dental Nursing (D3 Keperawatan Gigi) from an accredited institution.
- Possess an active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) as a Dental Nurse.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in dental nursing is a plus.
- Ability to work in shift-based schedules with flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong attention to detail, discipline, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and colleagues.
