Responsibility

  • Greet and register patients, ensuring accurate and efficient check-in processes
  • Assist healthcare professionals with patient preparation and basic clinical procedures
  • Maintain clean and organized clinic environments, adhering to strict hygiene standards
  • Manage patient records and documentation with confidentiality and precision
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and follow-ups to optimize clinic workflow
  • Handle basic administrative tasks including billing, inventory management, and supply ordering
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
  • Assist with minor medical procedures and patient education under supervision

Qualifications

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; healthcare certification is a plus
