As a Clinic Midwife, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality prenatal, postnatal, and newborn care, ensuring the well-being of mothers and infants. Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive prenatal care, including regular check-ups, screenings, and health education to expectant mothers.
- Assist in labor and delivery, ensuring the safety and comfort of both mother and baby.
- Conduct postnatal care, including monitoring the health of mothers and newborns, providing breastfeeding support, and offering guidance on newborn care.
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and other treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Educate patients and their families on reproductive health, family planning, and general wellness.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote maternal and child health awareness.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Midwifery from an accredited institution.
- Valid license to practice as a midwife in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in midwifery, preferably in a clinic or hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of prenatal, labor, delivery, and postnatal care practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide compassionate care to patients.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in using medical equipment and maintaining patient records.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest advancements in midwifery.
