Responsibility
- Registering patients upon arrival and managing the clinic's appointment system.
- Assisting doctors with basic medical examinations and minor procedures.
- Ensuring clinical areas are kept clean, sanitized, and well-stocked with medical supplies.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and handling data entry with strict confidentiality.
- Managing stock inventory and alerting management when medical supplies need replenishment.
- Providing clear instructions to patients regarding medication usage and follow-up appointments.
- Handling patient inquiries via phone and in-person in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; candidates with a certificate in Nursing or Healthcare are encouraged to apply.
- Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English; the ability to speak additional local dialects is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new clinic protocols and systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to handle diverse patients.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills for electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Able to work independently and as part of a cohesive team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a professional attitude toward patient care.
