Responsibility
- Assist medical practitioners in providing patient care, including taking vital signs, administering medications, and performing basic medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Prepare and sterilize medical equipment and examination rooms to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
- Provide support to patients by answering questions, offering guidance, and ensuring their comfort during visits.
- Manage clinic inventory, including ordering and restocking medical supplies and medications.
- Schedule patient appointments, manage clinic calendars, and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Assist in minor surgical procedures and wound care under the supervision of a physician.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Nursing or a related healthcare field.
- Valid nursing license or certification (if applicable).
- Proven experience as a Clinic Assistant, Nurse, or in a similar healthcare role.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
