Responsibility
- Lead and manage Value-Based Healthcare (VBC) projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of VBC initiatives on cost efficiency, patient outcomes, and care quality.
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and resource optimization.
- Design and deliver training programs to educate staff on VBC principles, tools, and methodologies.
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to track progress, identify trends, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Advocate for patient-centered care models by integrating feedback and evidence-based practices into operational workflows.
- Stay abreast of global healthcare trends, particularly in VBC, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines in all project activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterâs degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management, project management, or value-based care initiatives (for Senior/Manager roles). 3+ years for Senior Executive positions.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex healthcare projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data interpretation and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with experience presenting to executive audiences.
- Familiarity with healthcare quality frameworks (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, or VBC models) is a plus.
- Knowledge of health economics, policy, or digital health solutions is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
