Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to inpatients, including assessment, medication administration, and treatment implementation.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and progress accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare teams to develop and execute individualized patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and infection control standards to maintain a safe environment.
- Educate patients and families on health management, post-discharge care, and preventive measures.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and critical situations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) and nursing documentation.
- Participate in continuous professional development and hospital training programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) or equivalent; STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) and SIP (Surat Izin Praktik) required.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in an inpatient or hospital setting (fresh graduates with strong academic records may be considered).
- Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; ACLS or other advanced certifications are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical equipment.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach with a commitment to ethical nursing practices.
