Responsibility
- Assist medical professionals with patient examinations, treatments, and procedures in compliance with clinical protocols.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, medical equipment, and supplies to ensure a sterile and efficient workflow.
- Record and update patient medical histories, vital signs, and treatment notes with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Administer basic medical care such as wound dressing, injections, or EKG tests under supervision.
- Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals while ensuring seamless communication between staff and patients.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, medication adherence, and post-treatment care in a clear and empathetic manner.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and place orders to prevent shortages.
- Uphold strict hygiene, safety, and infection control standards in all clinical areas.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Nursing, Medical Assisting, or a related healthcare field (recognized by Indonesian or international standards).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Clinic or Medical Assistant in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and clinical procedures.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) or medical software is advantageous.
- Willingness to adapt to cultural diversity and work in a multicultural team.
