Responsibility
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and medical documentation.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, prevention, and post-treatment care.
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care in critical situations.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
- Assist in medical procedures and provide support during examinations or surgeries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification; valid nursing license in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical terminology, and patient care techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using medical equipment and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to delivering patient-centered care.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
