Responsibility
- Manage pharmacy inventory, including receiving, storing, and organizing medications and supplies according to proper storage guidelines
- Prepare medication labels and packaging with accuracy and attention to detail
- Verify patient information and prescriptions to ensure correct medication dispensing
- Assist pharmacists with medication preparation and dispatch processes
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, expiration dates, and stock movements
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals
- Ensure pharmacy areas are clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; pharmacy technician certification is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience in pharmacy operations, inventory management, or related healthcare field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling medications and documentation
- Basic computer skills including MS Office and pharmacy management software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and basic medical abbreviations
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
