Responsibility
- Assist medical staff with patient intake, including registration, vital signs measurement, and medical history documentation.
- Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness, sterility, and proper stocking of medical supplies.
- Manage patient records and update electronic health systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and reminders to optimize clinic workflow.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, billing, and handling patient inquiries with professionalism.
- Assist with minor medical procedures under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
- Offer compassionate and efficient customer service to patients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Singaporean citizenship or legal work authorization in Indonesia (preferred but not mandatory).
- No prior experience required—full training provided for the right candidate.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Basic computer literacy for managing electronic health records and administrative tasks.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or evenings, as needed.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and organization.
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) are a plus.
