Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to diagnose mental health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
- Provide counseling and psychotherapy to clients across different age groups and backgrounds.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, social workers, and educators, to ensure holistic care.
- Design and facilitate psychoeducational workshops and group therapy sessions.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in clinical psychology.
- Advocate for mental health awareness and reduce stigma through community outreach programs.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in Indonesia.
- Proven experience in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with diverse therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy).
- Commitment to ethical practice and cultural sensitivity in a multicultural setting.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
