Responsibility

  • Oversee and lead nursing operations in acute and community care settings, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with medical directors, department heads, and healthcare teams to align nursing services with organizational goals.
  • Mentor, coach, and provide professional development opportunities for nursing staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Monitor and improve patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and quality metrics through data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and staffing to optimize nursing services while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead emergency response and crisis management initiatives to ensure patient and staff safety in critical situations.
  • Represent the nursing department in interdisciplinary meetings, stakeholder engagements, and community outreach programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution; advanced degrees or certifications in healthcare management are a plus.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role (e.g., Nurse Manager, Head of Nursing, or similar).
  • Valid nursing license and registration with the relevant nursing council (e.g., Singapore Nursing Board or equivalent).
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, team leadership, and operational management in healthcare settings.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical best practices, healthcare regulations, and quality assurance standards (e.g., JCI, ISO).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to engage with diverse teams and communities.
  • Experience in acute care, community health, or international healthcare systems is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
