Responsibility
- Oversee and lead nursing operations in acute and community care settings, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with medical directors, department heads, and healthcare teams to align nursing services with organizational goals.
- Mentor, coach, and provide professional development opportunities for nursing staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Monitor and improve patient satisfaction, clinical outcomes, and quality metrics through data-driven decision-making.
- Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and staffing to optimize nursing services while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Lead emergency response and crisis management initiatives to ensure patient and staff safety in critical situations.
- Represent the nursing department in interdisciplinary meetings, stakeholder engagements, and community outreach programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution; advanced degrees or certifications in healthcare management are a plus.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role (e.g., Nurse Manager, Head of Nursing, or similar).
- Valid nursing license and registration with the relevant nursing council (e.g., Singapore Nursing Board or equivalent).
- Proven track record in strategic planning, team leadership, and operational management in healthcare settings.
- Strong knowledge of clinical best practices, healthcare regulations, and quality assurance standards (e.g., JCI, ISO).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to engage with diverse teams and communities.
- Experience in acute care, community health, or international healthcare systems is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a significant advantage.
