Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in hospital and clinic settings under supervision.
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans in alignment with best practices.
- Collaborate with senior physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure high standards of patient safety and care.
- Participate in shift duties, including emergency and on-call rotations as required.
- Assist in general surgery, family medicine, or general medicine procedures and consultations.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
- Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and case discussions.
- Support public health initiatives and community outreach programs where applicable.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid MMed (Master of Medicine) or GDFM (Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine) certification preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting (for Resident Physician).
- Proven expertise in Family Medicine, General Medicine, or General Surgery.
- Strong diagnostic, analytical, and patient management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shifts and on-call duties.
- Registration or eligibility for registration with the Indonesian Medical Council (KKI).
