Responsibility
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose physical conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Design and implement evidence-based physiotherapy programs, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and electrotherapy.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and long-term wellness strategies.
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.
- Utilize advanced therapeutic equipment and techniques to enhance patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy and apply best practices in clinical settings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Valid licensure to practice physiotherapy in Indonesia (STR and SIP required).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal, neurological, or sports physiotherapy.
- Proven ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of physical conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and healthcare teams.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and ethical practice.
- Full working rights in Indonesia (work visa/KITAS or Indonesian citizenship).
