Responsibility
- Assist medical staff in preparing examination rooms and ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
- Greet and register patients, verify their information, and maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR).
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals while coordinating with other healthcare providers.
- Administer basic patient care, such as taking vital signs, recording medical histories, and preparing patients for examinations.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies, place orders when necessary, and ensure the clinic is well-stocked and organized.
- Handle billing, insurance claims, and payment processing with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe clinic environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum diploma or certificate in Nursing, Medical Assisting, or a related healthcare field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in a clinical, hospital, or medical office setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, medical staff, and visitors.
- Proficiency in basic medical terminology, EHR systems, and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Compassionate and patient-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA or equivalent data protection standards.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
