Responsibility
- Dispense medications accurately and provide clear instructions to patients regarding dosage and usage.
- Conduct thorough medication reviews to ensure patient safety and optimize therapeutic outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and monitoring pharmaceutical supplies.
- Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to junior pharmacy staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with local and international pharmaceutical regulations and standards.
- Participate in health education initiatives to promote public awareness of medication safety and wellness.
- Utilize advanced pharmacy software to maintain accurate patient records and streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Valid pharmacist license to practice in Indonesia or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or retail pharmacy setting for Pharmacist role; 5+ years for Senior Pharmacist.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and therapeutic guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in team management for Senior Pharmacist candidates.
