Responsibility
- Conduct thorough TCM consultations, including pulse and tongue diagnosis, to assess patient health conditions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using acupuncture, herbal remedies, moxibustion, cupping, or tuina massage.
- Educate patients on TCM principles, preventive care, and lifestyle adjustments for long-term wellness.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with clinic standards and local regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure integrated patient care where applicable.
- Stay updated on the latest TCM research and techniques through continuous professional development.
- Adhere to ethical and safety standards in all TCM practices, ensuring patient comfort and trust.
- Participate in community outreach and wellness programs to promote TCM awareness in Bali.
Qualifications
- Licensed TCM Practitioner with a recognized degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (e.g., Bachelor’s or Master’s in TCM).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in TCM, with expertise in acupuncture, herbal medicine, or related modalities.
- Fluency in English (additional proficiency in Mandarin, Indonesian, or other languages is a plus).
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills grounded in TCM theory (Yin-Yang, Five Elements, etc.).
- Familiarity with modern clinic management systems and digital patient records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse patients.
- Commitment to continuing education and staying current with TCM advancements.
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Indonesia (assistance may be provided for the right candidate).
