Responsibility
- Assist in daily clinic operations, including patient check-ins and scheduling appointments.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Support practitioners during patient consultations and treatments as needed.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing clinic correspondence.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting patients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and restocking clinic supplies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare or administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
