Responsibility
- Assist doctors and specialists in performing aesthetic and wellness procedures, including but not limited to laser treatments, injectables, and skin rejuvenation therapies.
- Provide pre- and post-procedure care to ensure patient comfort, safety, and satisfaction.
- Conduct patient assessments, including medical history reviews and vital sign monitoring, to determine suitability for treatments.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with clinic standards and regulations.
- Educate patients on post-treatment care, skincare routines, and lifestyle recommendations to optimize results.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols, hygiene standards, and clinic safety policies.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to create a welcoming and professional environment for patients.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in aesthetic nursing through continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (D3/S1 Keperawatan) from an accredited institution.
- Valid nursing license (STR) from the Indonesian Nursing Council (PPNI).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical, aesthetic, or dermatology setting (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
- Strong knowledge of aesthetic procedures, skincare, and patient care protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
- Certification in aesthetic nursing or related fields (e.g., laser therapy, injectables) is highly desirable.
