Responsibility
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and company policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of pharmacists and support staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Drive sales performance through strategic merchandising, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, stocking, and auditing pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations and maintain accurate records of prescriptions and transactions.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team productivity and professional development.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and suppliers to optimize product offerings and customer care.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, expense control, and revenue growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent; valid pharmacist license in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail pharmacy, with at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, regulations, and retail operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
