Responsibility

  • Lead the identification, application, and management of healthcare grants and funding opportunities to support hospital initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and private sector stakeholders to drive innovation.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of innovation programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on grant utilization, program outcomes, and financial compliance to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative solutions into clinical and operational workflows.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend new opportunities for healthcare advancement.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure adherence to grant terms, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
  • Mentor junior staff and provide training on grant writing, proposal development, and project management best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in grants management, healthcare innovation, or program development.
  • Proven track record of securing and managing grants or funding in a healthcare or research setting.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience in presenting to senior leadership.
