Responsibility
- Manage front-desk operations including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and handling inquiries.
- Ensure smooth clinic workflows by assisting doctors with basic clinical procedures and examinations.
- Perform accurate data entry of patient records into the Clinic Management System (CMS).
- Manage stock inventory, including medical supplies, medication, and clinical equipment.
- Handle billing, payment collection, and insurance claims processing with high attention to detail.
- Provide compassionate support to patients throughout their clinic journey, ensuring a comfortable experience.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety within the clinic premises in accordance with MOH guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, NITEC, or Diploma in any field.
- Prior experience in a healthcare or medical clinic setting is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and Clinic Management Systems (CMS).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work retail clinic hours, including weekends if required.
