Responsibility
- Provide dedicated support to clients by addressing accounting inquiries and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure accuracy in revenue recognition, invoicing, and financial reporting for assigned client accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile accounts, verify transactions, and maintain up-to-date financial records.
- Process and validate client data, including payments, adjustments, and refunds, in compliance with company policies.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively communicating with clients via email, chat, or phone.
- Identify and escalate potential issues or risks in client accounts to management for timely resolution.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports, statements, and summaries for client review.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and company procedures to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in client accounting, financial support, or bookkeeping.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work night shifts (aligning with global client time zones) in a remote setting.
- Keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in a BPO, shared services, or multinational environment is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) is advantageous.
