Responsibility

  • Process over-the-counter transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, fund transfers, and payments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive banking experience.
  • Verify and validate client identities and transaction details to comply with banking regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BDO Unibank's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients.
  • Assist clients with account openings, closures, and updates, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Handle cash transactions with precision, including balancing cash drawers and preparing daily reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth branch operations and adherence to service standards.
  • Promote and cross-sell BDO Unibank's financial products and services to meet branch targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, banking, or financial services (fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply).
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
