Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely project delivery.
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor client accounts, track performance metrics, and provide data-driven insights for improvement.
- Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns efficiently and professionally.
- Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Contribute to market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a client-focused mindset.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools (training provided).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Passion for sales, customer service, and building long-term relationships.
- Willingness to relocate or work in Bali, Indonesia (remote options may be discussed).
