Responsibility

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, faculty, staff, and administrators regarding cafeteria services and food solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee account management processes, including contract negotiations, service agreements, and performance reviews.
  • Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, logistics, and culinary) to align service delivery with client expectations.
  • Monitor and report on account performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and expand business opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in food service and client relations to drive innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders with a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering results.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
