Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share with existing clients and acquire new contracts.
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client business needs and provide customized HR solutions.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to maximize client engagement and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to stay ahead of market demands.
- Prepare and present business reviews, proposals, and reports to clients and stakeholders.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to enhance Adecco's brand presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of HR solutions, recruitment processes, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
