Responsibility
- Greet and welcome clients in a warm, professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Coordinate client appointments, schedules, and follow-ups to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining client records.
- Support the operations team with day-to-day tasks to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Address client concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve client experience and operational workflows.
- Uphold company standards for professionalism, confidentiality, and client care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration or customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, such as reception, customer service, or administrative support.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including email, spreadsheets, and client management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Passion for health, wellness, or rehabilitation is a bonus but not required.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
