Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
- Provide personalized banking and wealth management solutions to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the client portfolio through referrals and proactive engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service and resolve client inquiries efficiently.
- Stay updated on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes to offer informed advice.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client engagement metrics, performance, and feedback.
- Organize and participate in client events, workshops, and networking opportunities to strengthen relationships.
- Ensure compliance with HSBCâs policies, procedures, and global banking standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or customer service within the financial sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and engagement targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of banking products, wealth management, and financial planning.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
