In this contract position, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining sophisticated equipment within a cleanroom environment. Successful candidates will enjoy a competitive monthly salary of up to $3,600 (commensurate with experience), with additional shift allowances provided for those supporting night operations. Responsibility
- Operate and monitor automated manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency.
- Conduct routine quality checks and visual inspections to uphold cleanroom standards.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on assigned machinery.
- Document production activities, equipment status, and maintenance logs accurately.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, cleanroom gowning procedures, and SOPs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily output targets.
- Report any technical issues or safety hazards immediately to the production supervisor.
Qualifications
- Minimum Nitec/Diploma in Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field.
- Prior experience in a cleanroom or high-precision manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
- Ability to perform 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night) as required.
- Proficient in using basic hand tools and measuring equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow complex written instructions.
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
- Valid Singapore work authorization is required.
