Responsibility
- Operate Class 4 vehicles safely and efficiently for the transportation of LCL (Less than Container Load) cargo.
- Ensure timely delivery and pickup of goods to and from designated locations, including Free Trade Zones (FTZ).
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate logs of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in loading and unloading cargo as needed, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and clients to coordinate deliveries.
- Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to the maintenance team.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 4 driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in driving heavy vehicles, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding.
- Familiarity with LCL cargo operations and FTZ procedures is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and defensive driving techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Good physical condition to handle loading and unloading tasks.
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or Indonesian.
