Responsibility
- Operate and maintain Class 3 vehicles (e.g., trucks, lorries) to transport construction materials, equipment, and personnel safely and efficiently.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and report any mechanical issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and construction site regulations to minimize risks and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Assist with loading and unloading cargo, securing loads with proper restraints, and verifying delivery accuracy against work orders.
- Maintain accurate logbooks, delivery records, and fuel consumption reports for audit and operational tracking.
- Collaborate with dispatchers, site supervisors, and team members to optimize routes and respond to scheduling changes.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance (e.g., tire checks, fluid top-ups) and coordinate with mechanics for repairs when needed.
- Uphold a professional demeanor and represent the company positively in all interactions with clients and the public.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 3 Driver’s License (Indonesian or internationally recognized equivalent).
- Minimum 2+ years of experience driving heavy vehicles, preferably in construction, logistics, or a related industry.
- Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents in the past 3 years.
- Physical fitness to handle manual tasks, including lifting, loading, and securing heavy materials (up to 25 kg).
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting common mechanical issues.
- Familiarity with Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and construction site access routes is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia to coordinate with team members and supervisors.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, weekends, or overtime as project demands require.
