Responsibility
- Operate Class 3/4 lorries safely and efficiently to transport goods to designated locations.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods while adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs, receipts, and any incidents.
- Load and unload goods carefully to prevent damage and ensure proper handling.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and clients to provide updates on delivery status.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to ensure the well-being of yourself and others on the road.
- Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately to the appropriate personnel.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 3 or 4 driving license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience driving heavy vehicles, preferably in logistics or transportation.
- Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Ability to read maps and use GPS navigation systems effectively.
- Good physical condition to handle loading and unloading of goods.
- Excellent communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
