Responsibility

  • Manage the end-to-end insurance claims process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted within deadlines.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and summaries for management review regarding claims status and performance.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with company policy.
  • Communicate professionally with insurance adjusters, workshop partners, and internal departments to resolve queries.
  • Assist in the verification of claim documents, ensuring all supporting evidence aligns with policy terms.
  • Provide prompt administrative support to the claims team to improve overall operational workflow.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative, office support, or claims processing roles.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
