Responsibility
- Design and analyze civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering solutions for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000, PLAXIS).
- Conduct site investigations, soil testing, and geotechnical assessments to ensure project feasibility and safety.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with local regulations.
- Review and approve construction documents, ensuring adherence to design standards and best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, codes, and technologies to enhance design efficiency and innovation.
- Participate in project meetings, site visits, and client presentations to ensure project objectives are met.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification or working towards certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in civil, structural, or geotechnical design, with a portfolio of completed projects (experience level varies by position).
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000, PLAXIS, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, standards, and regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
