Responsibility
- Lead the design and analysis of civil and structural systems for residential, commercial, and public infrastructure projects in Bali.
- Develop detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAP2000).
- Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies to assess project viability and recommend optimal solutions.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian building codes, international standards (e.g., ACI, Eurocode), and sustainability best practices.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate structural requirements with aesthetic and functional design goals.
- Perform structural load calculations, seismic analysis, and material selection to guarantee safety and durability.
- Oversee construction phases, providing technical guidance and resolving on-site engineering challenges.
- Prepare cost estimates, project timelines, and risk assessments to support decision-making and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred) from an accredited institution.
- 5+ years of experience in civil/structural engineering, with a portfolio of completed projects in high-rise buildings, resorts, or public infrastructure.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar design and analysis software.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) or equivalent certification (Indonesian or international) is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations, seismic design, and tropical climate considerations.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a bonus).
