Responsibility
- Develop and review structural designs, calculations, and drawings to ensure compliance with local and international building codes.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor construction progress and structural integrity.
- Prepare and present technical reports, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects adhere to safety, sustainability, and quality standards.
- Utilize BIM (Building Information Modeling) and CAD software for precise planning and execution.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and on-site teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, with a focus on large-scale building projects.
- Professional certification (e.g., PE, Chartered Engineer) is highly desirable.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAP2000, and other engineering software.
- Strong knowledge of international building codes (e.g., Eurocode, ACI, AISC) and local regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with A1 main contractors or on high-rise/infrastructure projects is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
