Responsibility
- Oversee structural design and analysis for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to optimize project feasibility.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to construction teams.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Monitor project progress and resolve structural engineering challenges proactively.
- Implement sustainable construction practices and innovative materials.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably with a main contractor.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of concrete, steel, and seismic design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
- Effective communication skills in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
