Responsibility
- Develop and review civil and structural designs, ensuring compliance with local and international standards (e.g., SNI, ACI, Eurocodes).
- Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and risk assessments for new projects.
- Prepare and present technical drawings, specifications, and reports using CAD, Revit, ETABS, or similar software.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to optimize project designs for cost, safety, and sustainability.
- Oversee construction phases, including quality control, progress monitoring, and issue resolution.
- Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure stability, durability, and compliance with load-bearing requirements.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and construction technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil/structural design and project engineering, preferably in consultancy or construction.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAP2000, or STAAD.Pro.
- Strong knowledge of concrete, steel, and composite structures, as well as geotechnical principles.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes (SNI) and international standards (e.g., ACI, Eurocode).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) certification is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and adapt to Baliās unique project demands.
