Responsibility
- Assist in the design and analysis of civil and structural engineering projects, including buildings, bridges, roads, and drainage systems.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, calculations, and specifications using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000, or Revit).
- Collaborate with senior engineers and architects to ensure designs comply with local regulations, safety standards, and project requirements.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data and assess project feasibility.
- Support the preparation of technical reports, cost estimates, and project documentation.
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on design improvements and problem-solving.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in civil and structural engineering.
- Ensure all designs adhere to sustainability principles and environmental considerations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field from an accredited university.
- 0-2 years of experience in civil or structural engineering (internships or academic projects count!).
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000, or Revit is a plus.
- Strong understanding of structural analysis, design principles, and construction methodologies.
- Familiarity with Indonesian building codes, regulations, and standards (e.g., SNI, IBC, or Eurocodes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
