Responsibility
- Develop detailed civil and structural designs using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, or STAAD).
- Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies to assess project requirements and constraints.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and compliance.
- Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure designs meet safety and regulatory standards.
- Monitor project progress, address technical challenges, and provide on-site support as needed.
- Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes, environmental regulations, and sustainability best practices.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and timelines for engineering projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil/structural design, preferably in infrastructure or construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, or similar design software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, seismic design, and construction materials.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
