Responsibility
- Conduct regular inspections of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems to identify maintenance needs and potential risks.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure long-term operational efficiency and cost savings.
- Oversee repair and upgrade projects, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards in all maintenance activities.
- Monitor energy and resource consumption, recommending sustainable solutions to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and expenditures for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly, minimizing downtime and disruptions to property operations.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and property managers to assess and enhance infrastructure performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; professional certification (e.g., P.Eng, PE) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering, property maintenance, or facility management.
- Proven expertise in mechanical, electrical, and structural systems maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Proficiency in CAD software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
