Responsibility
- Design and plan infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and utilities.
- Conduct site investigations and feasibility studies to assess project viability.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure projects adhere to environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
- Travel to Japan for project meetings, training, and site visits as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in infrastructure engineering.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with stakeholders.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Japan for long-term career opportunities.
