Responsibility
- Design and develop civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and public infrastructure.
- Conduct site inspections and feasibility studies to assess project viability.
- Prepare detailed engineering reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and government agencies to streamline project execution.
- Monitor construction progress and resolve technical challenges on-site.
- Implement sustainable engineering practices to minimize environmental impact.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other engineering software.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and regulations.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction standards and permits.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is a plus.
