Responsibility
- Perform routine and non-routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aircraft and components in accordance with FAA, EASA, and other regulatory standards.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system malfunctions using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Document all maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and time spent, in compliance with aviation authority requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols, quality control standards, and company procedures.
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight inspections to verify aircraft airworthiness.
- Assist in the installation, modification, and testing of aircraft systems and components.
- Stay updated on the latest aerospace technologies, industry best practices, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Avionics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, repair, or overhaul (MRO) environments.
- Certification from a recognized aviation authority (e.g., FAA A&P, EASA Part-66) is highly preferred.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in high-pressure environments.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts, as required by operational needs.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with aircraft systems (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical) and maintenance software (e.g., TRAX, AMOS).
