Responsibility
- Monitor and analyze plant equipment and processes to ensure optimal performance within operational limits.
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of production machinery and systems.
- Document and report deviations, malfunctions, or inefficiencies, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety, environmental, and quality standards, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
- Assist in the calibration, testing, and validation of equipment to maintain accuracy and reliability.
- Participate in emergency response procedures and incident investigations as required.
- Support the training and onboarding of new team members on equipment operation and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or industrial maintenance environment.
- Strong knowledge of process control systems, PLCs, and industrial automation is a plus.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.
- Familiarity with safety management systems (ISO, OSHA) and quality control standards.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for equipment monitoring and analysis.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
