Responsibility
- Design and draft accurate, high-quality floor plans and architectural layouts for various project types.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure designs meet both client requirements and structural safety standards.
- Perform site visits and structural assessments to ensure plans align with existing site conditions.
- Utilize industry-standard CAD software to create detailed blueprints, elevations, and sections.
- Review and revise designs based on feedback, zoning regulations, and building code compliance.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and bill of materials associated with floor plans.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure all drafting deliverables are completed with high precision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering; Licensed Engineer is a significant advantage.
- Proven experience in floor plan design, space planning, and architectural drafting.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar BIM/Drafting software.
- Strong understanding of Philippine building codes, structural standards, and zoning laws.
- Excellent analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail and precision.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively relay technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
